基于外排转运体的中药解毒作用

Detoxification of toxic herbs in TCM prescription based on modulation of efflux transporters

  • 摘要: 中药用于治疗和预防疾病已有数千年的历史。近年来,人们越来越关注中药的毒性作用,特别是通过中药配伍从而降低中药毒性,提高药效的机理。外排转运蛋白是调节药物吸收、代谢、分布、排出的膜转运蛋白,但是中药有效化合物可以通过调控外排转运蛋白从而达到增效减毒作用,这可能是中药配伍的机理之一。因此本综述汇总了中药配伍中常见的有毒药材和其主要成分与转运蛋白的作用,以及通过调节转运蛋白对这些化合物进行解毒作用的机理研究,为中药配伍提供科学解释,并且为中药临床合理应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have been used to prevent and treat various diseases for thousands of years. Promoting efficacy and reducing toxicity by the compatibility theory of TCMs has attracted increasing attention, especially for the toxicity of herbs. Studies have pointed out the interactions between the active compounds of herbs and transporters in the detoxification process of toxic compounds. Here, we summarize data on five toxic herbs commonly used in TCMs and their related efflux transporters to reduce toxicity to offer a scientific rationale for the compatibility principle of TCMs and provide guidance for the rational clinical use of TCMs.
